    exhaust size

OK a curved ball here, how big is big enough for an exhaust? We are talking here of a 2 litre V4 Essex. Piper fast road cam ported heads alloy timing gear and Webcon Retroject throttle body with Emerald ECU Rolling road guy says needs bigger exhaust but how big? Any recommendations and why. Not a dual system

What sort of power is it producing? A 2.25 or 2.5" is plenty big enough for over 200hp with Zetec's and Duratec's so a V4 should be ok with the lower end

No huge power, not set up well yet but about 10bhp up on stock but was held back by crap Chinese fuel pump that leaned out now swapped for Bosch 004. and a bad oil leak. Was thinking along the lines of 2.25 original is 1.5 and goes quite well even with problems.

Its not about a power rush its just being different but need to get the best out of it at least if its not yet right and I am 10hp up its good. Although it drives much better than any V4 I have had and I have had them since 1980.
