Quarter Panel Rolling Tool
Hi, I am looking at fitting steel bubble arches to my MK1. Before I start cutting away at the rear quarter panels I wondered if anyone knew of a tool I could use that would assist with rolling the raw edge inwards to give a nice rolled edge to fit the inner piece that joins to the rear arch.

There is a fancy tool to do this (I think you can get them from FROST) but a hammer does the job just as well and a hell of a lot cheaper.

You may be thinking of one of these.
They are used to roll arches lips but if you are just pushing against flat / thin steel then it may just push the panel out and not roll the edge.

Yes mate I saw them. They just roll the lip back flat. They wont fold the quarter panel back. Its just hard to get it looking proper with a hammer.
