I think its this kind of set:

There is just some cheap coil now and its working fine, but maybe it can handle better coil?
I think primary have to be 0.7 - 0.9 ohms.
Dry or wet, what are you using??

Car is Escort mk2, 2xDellortos, bp285 cam, little bit ported injection head with std valves, about 10.5 compression, Denso W22EPU 14mm plugs.

I would go for a good coil (for electronic ignition) like this one:

I have noticed that in Burtons, maybe its good enough.
Are more powerful coils just good looking but waste of money or can I get couple hp and better spark at starting etc?

you need enough spark, going bigger stronger wont get you anything. if your current set up works ok without missfiring i very highly doubt you will find more power with a coil change

Ok, thanks. I was hoping that some nice bling bling coil helps to get couple of hp, but maybe I keep my basic coil
