MK1 escort boot floor
The past month or so ive been back on the escort again and i'm now in the boot area but i'm after some guidance.
The furthest rear part of the boot floor (where it meets the rear panel) is corroded and has been badly replaced,
Where the boot floor ends it is completely straight, whereas the rear panel appears to have a slight curve leaving a gap in the middle, Can anybody tell me if the boot floor is supposed to have a slight curve to suit the rear panel or whether the rear panel just needs pushing in until its dead straight where it meets the boot floor.
.... does that make sense?
cheers, Steve
