    4 link rose joints??

I'm perhaps being a little thick but i need a little advice regarding rose joint on my 4 link kit.

I bought the body boxes and radius arms second hand and acquired a separate set of axle brackets later on so a bit of a mismatch,
a have determined that i need rose joint to connect the radius arms to the axle brackets but there are so many i don't know where to begin.

The threaded tube on the end of the radius arm accepts a 14mm bolt (albeit the thread is finer so i cant wind it in) would this be 5/8UNF?
The distance between the axle bracket holes is approx 31 cm and the bolt holes accept an M12 bolt (which i think is 1/2")
So i thought i needed a 5/8 x 1/2 rose joint, but then i need to space it out as its too narrow...

I then found something called a misalignment spacer but if i use these it will reduce the bolt size and i also need something that perfectly fills the 31cm gap

Can anybody advise what setup they have on their car?
ive managed to get myself proper confused

Pretty sure when i did mine there were small t shaped inserts which went into either side of the rose joint so they filled the axle bracket perfectly-and yes reduced the size of bolt required.

Like this-please note not correct size just for illustration you'll need to work out thickness req'd.

5/8unf is too big. 9/16unf is more like it and I believe the front anti roll bar chassis bolts are this thread.
    Worth a try

On second thoughts, 9/16 to me seems a little small and curiosity got the better of me so I've just been out in the garage and mine are indeed 5/8unf! Not saying yours would be the same of course. Can't think of any bolts on the car of that size that you could try in the bars

    Re: 4 link rose joints??

Most rose joints on 4 link kits are 1/2 inch x 5/8. 1 misalignment spacer either side slotted into either side of the rose and the 1/2 inch diameter bolt through the axle bracket. These bolts are a little fiddly sometimes to install, a taper on the end of the bolt sometimes helps to align things.
