    Mt82 6 speed box and 2.0 ecoboost

    Hello

I'm trying to fit a 2.0 ecoboost but rwd into a Datsun Sunny

The Mustang Ecoboost uses the Mt82 gearbox, so does the rwd transit.

Does anyone know if these boxes, or the mustang 3.7 v6 mt82, have the same pcd and fit?

The mazda mx5 will fit but I'm told they do so at and angle and only take 300lbft

I have a mazda mk3 gearbox "NC" to fit to my duratec and they do have about a 5 deg tilt. Not fitted it so not sure what actual impact it will have in reality.

The mk3 box seems the ideal box but i am told they are rated to 300lbft, the ratios are pretty short and the 5 degree tilt

Checked the MT82 and the lower 2 ratios are very short too

So now looking at the Mustang v6 box, but the bellhousing is different

Why is this so difficult ford
