Hmmmm Twin dcoe or stick with the DGV?
Ok. So im building up my 2737E 1600cc crossflow.
Standard bottom end, std head. Kent 224 cam (on order) 1300 pistons. (im kinda going for mild mod from factory finish).
Its come to some investment fuelling wise and having owned a 2.1 pinto on twin 45 DCOE the thought of them if hard to shift.
Will they (and the incurred extra cost) offer me anything other than some more fuel burnt and lovely noises? I cant see any performance gain other than throttle feel and a couple of horses at best with the stock(ish) engine.

you will see better throttle response, more mid to top end power and an engine which not only revs better but holds power on for longer. prob need to fit 34mm chokes though

invest in a better head and keep the twin choke

The head needs flowing to reveal the power of xflow engine ! With a good head and twin choke you will beat the std head and twin 40 webers.
