Up the mains to 160 and take it from there.
Well the 45s are on and balanced,
145 mains, 190 air correctors, f8 55 idles, and around 2500-3000 the exhaust is popping a lot and i have hesistation when pulling away which means i hev to rev it lot to pull away, tried f9 50 idles with not much difference are my main jets wrong?
Sounds like the mains are too small. Ideally you should take the car to a rolling road and get the carbs set up properly, people can offer guidance but a dyno session is the only way to make sure they're properly jetted.
