Stupid(?) question of the day. Xflow pulleys balanced?

I am cleaning up and restoring my Xflow pulley at the moment and i began to wonder...Are these things balanced at all? Is there an advantage in doing so?

none at all, if its an origonal pressed steel/welded pulley, best thing you can do is change it for a one piece steel one
