    Mk1 wooden dash... What wood is it?

    Hi,

    Does anyone know what tyoe of wood the veneer is on the mk1 wooden dash trim? (like the 1300e nkt the plastic printed stuff)

    It's actually just mahogany faced veneer ply... Looks lovely once there's some sealer and a good few coats of lacquer on it though.
