    Zetec inlet manifold drawing

    Hi All.

I want to laser cut an inlet flange for my custom Zetec inlet manifold but was wondering if someone has a PDF drawing (or similar) to save me measuring one from scratch?
    Cheers

    Re: Zetec inlet manifold drawing

    HI All

Thanks for the response but printing either the above DXF or the PDF drawing (from another post) does not match my Silver Top inlet gasket.

There is a big discrepancy between the port alignment with the mounts and the actual mounting point dimensions also.

Is it just me? Has someone else actually used this drawing for an actual flange?

I will update with what suits my OEM manifold gasket.

Also, I will alter the port dimensions to match the oval shape and ignore the injector relief.

    Re: Zetec inlet manifold drawing

OK, after a few hours in solid works I have a drawing to reflect the Silvertop inlet manifold with modified ports.

I cannot upload files - is there a prob with Windows 7 etc???

That flange in your pic does not match any of the drawings found on this forum or the DXF file downloaded from the previous post

    Re: Zetec inlet manifold drawing

I've just drawn up 'Zetec RS's' pdf drawing in CAD and its mostly correct - the dimensions across the bottom don't add up to the dims across the top - there is a 1mm error somewhere and the top line is a bit 'guestimated as nothing to set it out........ but it looks ok!

If you want the files, I can post them up as AutoCAD .dwg or .dxf - but take no responsibility for them working or bolting to an engine ! ! !
