i have recently boucht a mostly complete 4stroke honda 125cc motorbike, the guy i got it from reckons its a tl125 but my dad reckons its a xl or an xlr, its needing a carb, rear axle, headlight & mudguard but apart from that bits all there.
i was wondering if anyone can help me identifying the bike as it came without a numberplate.heres the engine number if that helps atall.

A carb you will prob find on other small 4 stroke single cylinder honda's of the same era one you find out what model it is.
Maybe a bit of a bugger to get bits for.
if it is an Xl there are loads of chinese copies around and it uses a cg125 lump. In fact I have a crappy chinese copy in my garden rotting. Get some pics up.

Im pretty sure its an XL125R between Apr 82 & Feb 85 beacuse in Feb 85 they introduced the XL125R-F which had a front disc brake.
It's certainly not the TL as this was the trials model.
