    Quick help needed.

Got a 2.0 Pinto with RS Alloy sump and just bought a Type 9 5 speed.
I have ordered an alloy bellhousing from Burtons.
What sandwich plate if any do I need?

Do you mean between the bell housing and engine / sump? I have a rs2000 ally bellhousing on my pinto and it’s bolted straight on,

If using a RS sump and an RS bellhousing there is no dirt shield required - wasn't fitted at the factory as the two previous items designed to work together - pennies saved!

Bolts straight on. However, if you want to stop any dirt etc going inside there are 2 large rubber grommets that can be fitted. I've recently fitted some to mine.
They actually fitted very well :
