    Pinto Camshaft Identification??

hi all , just took the head of my mk2 rs2000 and noticed the pistons were +0.75mm , but my real question is my camshaft ?
just wanted to know if its been changed or if its standard...
markings on the cam go as..........
K-355 CWC then on the stub of the cam is S723 (pinto engine)

    any ideas anyone please...
