frst whining turbo

hey .the t2 turbo on my fiesta has recently started whining loudly on boost.this only happens when its cold and goes once driven for a bit.theres no smoke and it still boosts well.i recently changed my oil for 5/40 syn i was thinking this may be causing it .as alot of people use thicker oil i think.anyone got ideas or is my turbo on its way out

what what oil whould you recomend?what oil do people put in there frst`s and erst`s? cheers
