Dent's - how to knock them out

Ok - i have just put a rather disappointing dent in my quarter panel and want it to disappear as if by magic (ie no filler or paint) - how do i do it? Its not that deep a dent - it was pushed in more than smacked so it's not creased damage.

Do i need a bead bag??? (is that what they call em?) and a hammer/dolly? The dent is about 2x2 inches.
Im guessing the bag is the right way to go so that the hammer doesn't damage the metal and mark through to the outside?

Any help would be much appreciated as my quarter panel was quite nice up until about 4 hours ago!

Try a local mobile repair buisness, I had a guy come and take some shopping trolley dents out
It took him 20 mins and my car has black paintwork but when he finished you could never tell there had been any damage and it only cost 60

Don't use a hammer and a bead bag, that will stretch the metal and the dent will get deeper.

I've tried shrinking hammers, heating and quenching, and neither worked particularly well - though perhaps my dents were a bit too big, who knows

Personally I'd go with Wozzy's recommendation.

But you're in the trade so it's a bit easier for you to get the cheap rate? I've been quoted 100 for mine (which i think is too much for what could be an hours work - in fact its obscene thinking about it!) so i will be shopping and will try your recommendation!
