Identify this (rare?) x/flow intake manifold for weber dcoe or dellorto dhla

can somebody identify this intake manifold?

it was repaired / welded long time ago, the welding area is covering 1 or 2 digits of the brand-name from the manifold.

Add an 'O' at the end and you have TIMAVO - seem to be popular with the A and B series engine tuners who wanted to add a DCOE to those engines - only decent picture I could find. Seem to be attached to any 45 DCOE ad on ebay so don't seem rare unless that is for a Ford having siamesed inlets?

thanx for the prompt reply....my manifold is for twin sidedraught carbs.
whats interesting is that, besides most other manifolds, the carbs come a bit offset from the engine towards bulkhead,
