XE <> Type 9 friction plate - Part Number / size

Hi,

Just trying to track down a clutch friction plate for use with the standard XE cover / Type 9 input shaft

The flywheel is now the flat type

I know its 1" x 23 spline

I have read through the archives and a 2.3 Diesel friction plate seems to be mentioned quite a bit, does anyone know a part number or the specific year / details / diameter I need to be sure I am ordering the correct part.

The cheapest friction plate SBD list is £116 + vat, but they have both 215 and 228mm - do both fit inside a standard XE cover? - what diameter is the 2.3 Diesel item?

Yeah, STD diesel plates.
Go for the 228mm if your using an LSD

I've bought one at Helix, they have them the right size for the vauxhall
wheel and T9 centerpiece.
