Im looking to buy a clutch kit for my xflow (1600 2737e) and wondered which way to go...

Mexico one? Cortina one? Gearbox wise im open. Not sure if i want 2000E or type 9. Does that matter?

I think you first need to decide on the gearbox.

Hmmm. I suspect i will hold off on clutch then as that decision will depend on availability at time of choosing. I want a type 9 but as its not a daily driver it could live with a 2000E 4 speed...at a push.

The reason i suggest that is that the type 9 requires a combination of parts to work (it has been a while) i think you need x-flow flywheel and plate and pinto cover (i stand corrected if wrong though) , although i think suppliers will supply them as a kit these days.
