Large flange (105mm) on a MK1 Mexico prop

    Hey guru's,

Just a quick question. I have a MK1 Mex running a 92mm diff flange on a noisy Burtons CW&P, anyway, long story short I now have a genuine correct 3.77 from a MK2 Sport which I want to try before I send it off to be swapped to the Tran-X, but this has a 105mm flange. I dont want to open this diff yet as I want to make sure it is 100%!!

I bought a 2nd hand 105mm flange from a MK1 RS2k, thinking I'd swap the prop flange/UJ but when I went to swap it onto my prop I found it had the peened ends instead of circlips like my mex one. My Mex flange UJ holes are 23.8mm, held in with circlips whereas the RS2k one is 22mm so I cant even swap bearings or use the RS2k flange as I have 2 different sizes on the UJ.

Has any guru peeps any ideas?
