Cosworth YB lean on lambda gauge ?

Any reason why blipping the throttle on idle leans out the mixture making engine almost stall when dead cold ?
Fuel pressure correct 3 bar and increases as vacuum decreases
Ignition is fine and drives fine when warm
Hav also changed water air sensors
Next on list is Throttle sensor issue I guess ?
    Any help be appreciated
