You think? super heavy and i didnt find them much better than M16's, AP's are amazing but pricey, the Caprisport kits that use modern Mondeo calipers work well, Willwoods are ok on a budget but AP's are hard to beat, cheapest kit is around £1000.

Do you have working M16 callipers already ? They are pretty effective if combined with vented discs. Good enough for ford to fit them to 2.8 capri's.

Given your spec they should be good, but adding some extra blingy brakes is always nice

    Oh yah
    They great power
I used on my rallycar with brembo 257mm discs and ds3000 pads and well better than m16 . But heavy yes.
Of course ap great but more expensive, although for a not very powerful road car m16 fine with vented discs and ds2500 pads

    Same here.
And vents won't help unless your overheating.
    As I have said before
The best budget option on 13 inch wheels is refurbed m16 , vented discs and a front remote servo.
Superb results on a mk1 years ago.
