does anybody now what cars ford shared the rear english axle with??

Anglia's, Mk1 and 2 Cortina's, various model Capri's and of course Escort one and two's. Most rear wheel drive Ford family saloons of the 60's and 70's were fitted with the English axle of various widths and ratios, the exception being Mk3 Cortinas and 2.8 or 3 litre Capris.
