I fitted the very unusual exhaust gaskets that Vulcan sold to me and they are lasting much better of all those I tried in the past.

Just a little update on this one - I upgraded to the MS V2 processor over the winter to give me dual 16x16 tables for the fuelling, I needed more resolution as some of the transitions were a bit rough.
It's also running true blended alpha-N & speed density now thanks to dual VE tables.
It can also do proper fully closed loop idle with PID control.
I had to replace the Zeitronix wideband kit as the controller packed up. Got a techedge 2j2 now.
Power wise it's pretty much the same, but it's much more driveable!
I'll upload a few screenshots of the maps if my broadband ever stops playing silly buggers

managed to miss this thread?!!
some really neat touches with this car
where did you get the 19 pin bulkhead connector from?
thats a really interesting read, and a very tidy install.
Clever dude
Thanks guys
RS components. Not cheap though!
Well my BB is still about as stable as a paranoid schizophrenic on crack, but I managed to upload these between downtimes. Note that the primary fuel maps use TPS as the load (0-100% throttle), secondary ones use MAP (kPa)
Main fuelling table
Second fuel table for MAP compensation (notice the flat bit around 900 rpm to stabilize the idle)
Ignition advance table
Secondary ignition table, uses MAP to give some extra vac-based advance under low loads
AFR targets, only used under 50% throttle
And finally the latest .msq config file

Oh and yes it did require completely remapping. MS is supposed to be able to interpolate from the 12x12 tables when you upgrade from MS1 to MS2 but it didn't quite work out that way
