May help getting the money up front if they know its gona cost more on the day???
Could be an idea mate, although not sure many will swallow an extra £50. I recon £150 pre a certain date and £170 after, that way it should help some of the slowcoaches to put their hands in their pockets quicker/when they put their names down and also give a solid deadline for people to actually pay by. Lets face it the way it is now it seems youll be happy to get the deposit/money by a certain date, that encourages people not to pay til later....then they forget! If you say its 150 now and 170 if you miss the deadline then it may just make people pay up quicker as its not on that you should have to practically force people to cough up when they have volunteered to put their names down for it. If it all went wonky we could all stand to lose our deposits thanks to a few that seem scared to cough up in time!

Threads been running since october last year and deposits have been taken since Xmas that three months and I did offer at the start that people could pay £50 per month but nobody took me up on this offer.
Combe ask's for payment four weeks before date.
This never happens so I end up fronting the moneys.
