Hi thanks for the reply/ stretchy bolts it is then/ I’m very old school / my old 2.4 manta in the 80s did 220 bhp no ecu no fuel injection / / points and plugs / what’s wrong with them ? Cheers kc

Nothing wrong wil old School and carbs. A fuel injected 2.4 Manta will not make any more power as a carburetor version as long as it is correct setup. I can tell you, in most cases a few BHP more on Webers compared to fuel injection at full load max rpm.

3 weeks ago I had a replica build 2.4 Ltr CIH head on my dyno but failed because of a water leak. Will be back in soon. Well post some pictures so we can feel young again !!!!
