    Rear disc / caliper options

This is my current bracket, however the Milton kit on my anglia is defo not 10mm. Probably more 6mm it does have a support gusset in as well, i think you need to look at the direction of load it's more rotational than sideways if the makes sense. 10mm you probably cant go wrong.

You need to make your caliper brackets cut out of 10mm steel plate and not out of an old brake disc as these are cast. Welding cast to the steel axle tube will cause all sorts of problems and one will be cracking where it's welded.

that looks good, but id be concerned about using a mount cut from a brake disc, the material is all wrong, discs are usually cast iron not steel

    Rear disc / caliper options

I looked this up online and the brake discs do appear to be iron, it gives off a different spark when grinding and leaves a black powdery pile when drilled

And if using RS alloys the calipers rubbed / locked up on the wheels - 10mm spacer and some grinding sorted it - in my case!
I did the same. I mounted them L/H on Right and R/H on Left. Gets the cable in the right place and the bleed nipple at the top of the caliper. With 7 x 13 Rev's, I found the internal wheel weights just clipped the handbrake hook, so carefully ground a bit off.
