Its a huge shame, mine are setup in my wardrobe but i rarely get time on them! It was only to be expected though what with many songs not even getting released on vinyl forcing you to have the digital vinyls which link up to your laptop. Would be nice to see a few local nightclub dj's still using them rather than their laptops and still mixing badly

I bought my mk2s new in 98, had em set up for 7 years , then moved house

then stripped em , back in the boxes as they came from new .

And there still there ... along with the Intimidation Blue mixer and technics Headphones

Wife ! don't be silly, I can't afford one of those lol

However my g/f has said how we could turn MY sitting room back into a bedroom and convert said music area into somewhere for her to keep clothes and do make up !

Sounds like a nice setup you have, I am sure it will come back out one day !

Well im glad to say that like all Classics , They are back on top , 7 years after being thrown in the bin

I suppose the recent revival of vinyl records was too much to ignore , it is more superior to CD or the like ... long live vinyl

I must have missed this. You mean the younger generation shown an interest in vinyl?

I bought a set of 1200 replicas,as Technics were way too expensive, and I still have the decks. I wonder why Panasonic have made the decision, must be the CD decks that are on the market?

I think that it must be something to do with the 20 year trend cycle ...

I was listening to Jo Wileys show a few weeks ago , she played a vinyl record on air , you could hear the crackled needle in the groove ... something i havent heard for years , My kids have probably never heard music played in this format

They dont know what a tape recording is

    ... Anorak i know , Ill get mi coat ... ( Anorak )
