Does anybody have a CAD drawing of a 2L Pinto block that they are willing to share?

I took my spare 205 block and between pencil rubbing and measuring it on the mill's DRO I have an accurate model now. Took me a while as I am no TurboCAD expert! It only has the basic details (basic shape, bores, oil drains, water holes, head bolt holes) as that is all I require (no details on the sides or even mains).

What are your plans with this??
Thanks, Shaun
Designing a cylinder head. Cannot afford a Warrior so am playing around learning CAD and machining.

What's a Warrior worth in the land downunder?
Sheee-it! And I thought new Cossie heads were out there!
hi mk 1 theres a volvo twin cam head that will fit on a pinto block dont know what model someone else mit know on here cheers mario.
Although I wish it were otherwise, I think you're referring to the 2.3 litre 'Lima' engine Mario, which replaced the 2.0 litre engine in Ford Pintos in '74. Sadly, nothing in common between the two engines.
Yep. Flighter is right, the volvo b234f head will fit onto the 2.3 US spec motor, (with mods).
The saab b234 will 'bolt on' with severe modifications (cut shut)...
Realistically, if you are going to those efforts just to get DOHC, you are either stuck with class rules that require the factory block, or, not worried about originality in which case there are better, and cheaper options.
Look foreword to a custom head though
Shaun
class rules require original block. This is an exercise in machining and CAD work. It may result in something that works but it probably won't. Keeps my brain ticking....

I am not sure how many details I can post along the way as I may or may not be basing my plans on ideas that are similar to a few existing patents that I am unsure if they have lapsed or not. I am only doing this for my own personal use and will not be profiting from it in any way however I do not want anybody shutting me down as has happened with other projects that I have followed.
