    Na cosworth

Hi all first time on here , just had Brett Sims motorsport rebuild my NA cosworth engine, all the right bits and happy to get 267bhp and 180 ft torque all on a pair of 48's

If that's a 2.0 engine they are outstanding figures, what's the specification of your engine?

Yes it's a 2.0, rebuilt by Brett Sims motorsport, his head work and cam specs.
I had been after a bit more torque.

I replaced the exhaust manifold yesterday with a 4-2-1 Tony law set up as I think we can find 10maybe 15ft torque but lose 5bhp

Nearly 30 yrs ago we could n't get anywhere near those figures with a 2.1 NA Cosworth with a Millington head and various Cosworth cam profiles. We gained better drivability with a 421 Ashley manifold instead of the big 4 into 1 Tony Law.

That's interesting to read, I no the head was a 4x4 to start with, hopefully my 4-2-1 manifold will make a difference, it's an angry engine for sure.
