    You need to be a bit more specific in what stroke you are looking for, 84 and 88mm were quite popular strokes. These cranks would be machined out of EN40 steel so be prepared to spend strong money if you can find one. You might be better off to bite the bullet and buy new from someone like Farndon.

    Everything over Std stroke is ok. I am curious if there are any user pieces for a reasonable price. New is an option though. But at certain budget.

    indeed if you only want around 80mm, you can stroke a std crank by reducing the big end dia down to x/f size

    Graham, who would you recommend for an offset grind? I tried 3 different notable companies earlier this year, but couldn't get any to take on the work. Not really followed it up since.

    Are there xflow rods available in forged steel? Or are Std items used?

    you can use std ones, but you need to narrow them. or no reason you cant use steel ones, a set of narrow journal ones are probably ok at standard width without narrowing

    these guys https://ivorsearle.co.uk/ they have done loads for me over the years, they do a lot of work for some quite big names in the performance world
