ARP head studs or normal head bolts

    Guys,

Just after a bit of advice.......as per title really. I'm building a high compression xe (12:1 ish) so wanted to know if the arp head bolt kit is recommended or if standard head bolts will be ok. Going to be rallying the engine so it will have a hard ish time.

    Thanks

std bolts are stretch bolts so you should use new ones, so a set or arp make sense, they are stronger, camp better and re usable, so its a bit of a no brainer

Thanks Graham, that's exactly what I was thinking! Just looking for some other advice if it was necessary or not!
