Erikmex No i never extended the prop, i used a std. crossmember with the engine mounts cut off and the racks mounts lowered, i did a bit of stengthening to it, i used chassis mounts and an Ashley system. Once i removed the distributor and modified the cam i plugged the dizzy drive and mounted the engine about 10mm from the bulkhead, before i welded the mounts on i fitted the g/box and offered the engine and box up to line it all up.
I also tig welded some stainless pipe for the 180deg bend from waterpump to bottom radiator pipe.
DTA ignition 45's, QED420 cams and some light head porting and it made 206hp....4.6 diff and a Tran-x type9.
