I am building a budget road engine for my mk1 escort, i would like to upgrade the cam while i'm at it so if anyones got a old fast road cam floating about please get in touch. Something like a BCF2 or the likes, i don't really want to pocket the valves and will be running standard 1600 pistons.

I've got a piper BP285/2 and followers that I'll sell.

just looked at the piper website was looking for something abit more mellow, starting at about 1500rpm.
