Leaking Girling hydraulic fluid Reservoir

Has anyone had trouble with a leaking hydraulic fluid reservoir on a mk1 escort? I think its leaking between the hose and pot causing fluid to drip all over the bulkhead.

I'm guessing you can use some kind of sealant?

sealant + brakes = NO

probably the hoses are old and hard, try new hoses or just shortening them slightly and useing a new clip

What hoses did you use?

I used the same ones as per the link. I replaced them around 6 months ago and they have been fine up till now, so unsure why it has started leaking
