How to remove m16 pistons without air?

Can anyone suggest a way to get the pistons out of my m16 halves? Because they are apart air is no good. They are pretty rusty but where not seized when I split them.

They are also fully in. No lip is available for pullers.

I used air recently on some sierra rear calipers and worked a treat, i would reassemble and try air. You probably won't need 100% seal.

fit a grease nipple to the pipe connection and use a grease gun to pump grease in, works a treat
