Mk2 Escort: Which wiper stalk do I need?

My mk2 Escort project car came with a couple of parts, one of which was a wiper stalk with this pinout.

But the section of wiring loom that came with the car has this pinout which doesn't seem to match any of the stalks on eBay or Burton Power.

    There are 5 wires connected.

The indicator stalk is ok and plugs in just fine.

What stalk do I need to try and hunt down to fit this wiring?

The stalk pins in your picture are correct but the assembly seems to be missing the 'Lights' stalk? So I don't know what the stalk assembly or loom is from as that plug is clearly wrong - there should be 7 wires and two levers on a Mk2 Escort. Ford stalks are ridiculously complicated, swapping similar functions through both plugs - why not just one plug is anyone's guess!

I've always thought Mk2 an Mk3 Capri must've used the same stalks as a Mk2 Escort, but maybe they have some wiring differences. The Mk2 Rs2000 is the only one that had an intermitent wiper wired in if I'm not mistaken.

So Maybe the bit of wiring harness you have is Capri, just a guess really.

    Questions-
Is the car a UK vehicle or import ?
Was the wiring loom you have attached to the car or loose supplied with the car ?
What’s the part number on your indicator stalk, was it attached or loose supplied ?
Let me know and I’ll check against some parts I have to try and give you some direction

    Hi, thanks for the responses.

Its a UK car but was built for rallying. I got it as a rolling chassis with only the dash and engine loom, there is no fuse box or battery terminals on it (that is a question for another day!).

The stalk included came with the car. The other stalk was missing so I got one of eBay and it fits the other plug, the one with one pin higher than the two rows below.

    I'll check part numbers tonight.

Found this on eBay yesterday which looks like it'll fit? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mk2-Escor...59.m1431.l2649

Hmmm! RS2000 ? - look more like Cortina or Granada, but don't matter to you if they work - don't think they'll be that cheap by auction end !

Some Mk2 wiper stalks had intermitent, some had flick wipe and others had neither, probably basic 1.1 Pops which a lot of models were.

That's 3 different switches, don't worry about picture orientation. I load them all in correct orientation but for what ever reason they get flipped about when posted.
The first 2 are the same on the back side, but the operation is different as described. Part of the operation I believe was done by the motor control section. There's no relays in this circuit.
Those switches where taken by me from the cars between 1988 and 1992. A 1300L, 1600 Ghia and an RS2000.
