MK2 RS2 Boot decal location

Searched high and low for the exact location dimensions for the RS2000 boot decal. The car's a 78, so think they were next to the "Escort" badge. Anyone have the definitive answer and location.

I found this question years after it was asked, but here is the answer. This an image taken of my car in its original unrestored condition before starting its restoration. I bought it at five years old so i can promise this is how it left the factory.

They do indeed live on the nearside but as to exact placement I think it varies as to who did it - sort of in the general area was fine - the badge had holes so they couldn't f**k that up.
