ECU + MAF 1993 Mondeo 2.0 / TPS That should be ok , coolant temp sensor Fairly universal - 2 wire I assume?, Intake air sensor from 1.8 105hp Escort (year unknown) Again fairly universal/ Engine itself + throttle body, cam+crank sensors 2002-04? focus As this would be a Blacktop Zetec it may not work with the 1993 ecu as that would be for a Silvertop - did the silvertop have a cam sensor?
Might have some wires wrong way too as most or any of the "guides" don't really mention polarity. Only the crank and cam sensors are wiring finicky as it advances / retards the pick-up tooth a few degrees - but should still run
Also have almost all sensors as double set which i've tried to swap. all except for IAT sensor
Injectors/pressure regulators which i tried so far:
2.0 Blacktop 208cc/min injectors + blacktop 3.9bar pressure regulator Far too much pressure
2.0 Blacktop 208cc/min injectors + Opel 3.0 V6 3.0bar pressure regulator (this set is now on the engine atm) Likewise too much pressure
1.8 Silvertop 190cc/min injectors + 2.7bar pressure regulator, which flooded the engine + injector 2 is broken?Pressure is getting better but still too high
2.3 Galaxy 276?cc/min injectors + 2.6bar pressure regulator Injectors too big and pressure too high.
From Haynes manual Idle fuel pressure should be 2.1bar with vacuum connected and 2.7bar with it disconnected - maybe the reason for the over fueling?
