can anyone decode a vin number?
I have a mk2 rs2
Before i bought it, i hpi'd the car, and its came back that it had had a Color change,
is the original color encoded into the vin? As i am about tho carry out a full resto
The car is white at the min. thanks in advance

Google "Mk2 Escort VIN decoder" you should find a VIN decoder online including the VIN tag on the slam panel.
