nice job m8
Nice to meet you today Dave. Seriously impressive build, wish I have the time to work on mine and get it to the stage you are at.
Was good to meet you too.
I just completed one job at a time and it all fell into place.
Just takes time when you want a high standard of finish, and im no pro so takes even longer.
Yours is coming along nicely too. More work than mine by the looks of it. Keep at it.
Ps. Remember me to that bodyshop please.
Awesome work Dave, looks quality!
How many coats did you do of the raptor on the underside to use 7 bottles? Probably gonna use it on the bottom of my 4 door mk2
Hi Gary

Hey Dave on this car you have done a Incredible job, I'm impressed about Your handwork on this car, what is the update for this car now?
and i have a question way do you have drilled a small hole in the pipe at the rollercage Close to the rear tube?
regards
Morten
Norway
Hi morten
the car went into primer Friday 29th Nov.
Would post pics but having trouble making them smaller.
There are a few small holes drilled in the cage and this is because the shell has been e-coated in a tank of paint and drain holes were needed to make sure excess paint could escape. As soon as I can resize pics I will get them up. Cheers, Dave
Hi Dave, how do you normally resize the photos? Maybe I can help?
looking good !!

Hello Paul
I've never resized them but lately when I've tried uploaded says they are too big.
Dave, you should have a program called paint that comes free with Windows.
Right click on photo and move mouse pointer down in the list to to open with, a menu will fly out to the right, left click Paint.
You should now have the photo open in Paint.
On the Home tab, in the Image group, click Resize.
To resize the picture so it's a specific size, click the round button next to Pixels, and then enter a new width in the Horizontal box say 800. The vertical size will adjust automatically.
Click OK.
Click the Paint button Picture of the Paint button, point to Save as JPEG picture
Type a new file name in the File name box, and then click Save.
Excellent work there well Done!
Who supplied the arches if you don't mind me asking?
Very Tidy work!
Good sound shell to start with too, Lucky find that.
Thanks Paul, I will try that.
The arches were off eBay And I can't remember the seller but express steel panels sell them.
Cheers
Cheers,
Seen a few on e-bay, £100 difference in prices.
Wondered if your's were the dearer ones or no.
You've got them fitting good regardless. Tidy way of doing them that.
This car is just epic! Your skills are something else.. I so wish I could do stuff half of your quality.
Keep up the excellent work

Yep. Goes on like stonechip. Goes hard but stays flexible
great locking forrward to se this Project finish, You have done a real great job so far,
Thanks. The pictures really don't do it justice. It came out so well. The paintwork is spot on. Also the camera lies as the colour looks a bit like monza blue whereas in reality it's more like the colour Chelsea play in.
