from that its hard to know what it actually is, i read that as a mk2 shell plonked on to of a sierra floor pan.

I remember seeing a Mk1 Escort at a show many years ago that someone had grafted a floorpan and inner wings off a Sierra XR 4x4 and it look the Bees Knees with a very high standard of workmanship.
I can't remember what engine was fitted to it but all the running gear was Sierra XR.
