    So Jealous.

There is absolutely no way you could register and drive that on the roads here.

We cant even go fender less on our hotrods!

Be sure to post some videos.

    Shaun.

Hi First excellent build mate, really good to see something different and people thinking outside of the box, can I ask if you have the contact details of the American company that did the rocker cover, I think you said they were called A.R.E? I’ve a ST170 engine that I would love to change the cover on it. Any help would be appreciated 

...we aren't allowed to run fenderless here but my mates cars have been running like this for years....if you get stopped you get a ''fix it''....fix it take it to be inspected, and then take the wings off again..

Re: Duratec powered vintage Sprint car

since I finished my Sprint car in 2019 enjoyed having fun right up to lock down....as soon as restrictions were lifted got back out enjoying my self.....and frightening myself too.....then I started having a few running problems......I'm on my 3rd Bosch 044 pump.....like any new build you expect problems, but it gets a little annoying when parts fail.......OK the Varley Red Top was too small to power up and run the old girl....space is a real problem but finally resolved the issue with a little modification and an Odyssey........the first pump failed for no reason and to be fair that was exchanged at no cost...my guy did suggest that all the fuel lines were checked and renewed....the second pump failed after 2 months.....my supplier was reluctant to do another exchange so decided to get to the bottom of the problem.....every thing was checked ....the fuel tank cleaned ( no need to was clean as a whistle)all the lines were changed and then as a last resort we cut into the filters and pump.....the rust on the drive was a shock,my dealer replaced the pump again, but put it down to E10...but the whole fuel system was changed when the new pump fitted .....I now buy E5 when I can get it.and use additives.....not sure if this will cure the problem in the future but its running sweet at the moment
