I have for sale a 2wd cosworth YB cylinder head, measure 138.1mm, the head had a repair on the exhaust side but it has been professionaly repaired and pressure tested - all OK!, has new valve guides, new valve seats, its skimmed ready to be fitted. Comes complete with cam caps, no valves etc.
