Hydraulic handbrake
Hi,
can anyone help me, please?
I have a vertical hydraulic handbrake to install in my car.
How can i do it?
I just have to plug a pipe fom the hydraulic handbrake in to each of the rear calipers?
Will i loose braking performance?
Thanks a lot.
Cheers

Re: Hydraulic handbrake
you feed the fluid going to teh rear brakes through the handbrake cylinder, you wont loose brake performance

Thanks Graham...
If i put a oil reservoir on top of the handbrake cylinder, and then connect the exit pipe from the handbrake cylinder, to the rear calipers, will it work ok?
Thanks.

Re: Hydraulic handbrake
no that wont work, you need to feed the handbrake cylinder with the fluid coming out the main rear brake master cyl
