Mk1 Switches Layout Help Required

Hi,
Could anyone tell met layout for al dash switches and hazard light which I think is one of the two the holes on the passenger side ?
Also where can I buy a hazard light if that what its meant to be?

I could not find a seconhand switch anywhere so eventually bought a pattern haz switch at the nec show, I paid 70 quid for it!
Yes it goes on l/h side and mines got a blank in other hole!
