Right Guys Ive been getting phone calls about people coming along on the day I am ok with this but last year there was a few moans when it started to get busy so I try to limit the numbers. but if everybody on the not paid list come and others I know maybe turn up were gona be around 60 cars...

So can I ask the people that have'nt payed or are coming and paying on the day that they STAY IN THE CAFE after the saftey bref so I can get all the payed up people out then I will deal with you...

Bref/sign on is in the cafe just before the track opens at 9 then we stop around one for lunch (an hour) then back out till 5pm. It will be open pit lane unless we start getting silly clues max of 12 cars out on track.

Hats off to you Trig for organising these, must be a right headache having to chase the money, now that yo have done a few and people know they will run you should put the price up but offer a early payment discount? Ie if you pay on time it's the normal price but if you leave it till the last minute it costs more? That way people have the incentive to pay on time!

Righty guys I've spoken to a few of you today and thanks for the help...

I spoke to my mate Jim today about doing the photo's for us again (same guy that I always have, him in the silly hat).
His oldest boy has been very Ill (Brain tumor) and its his 18th birthday tomorrow he was trying to sort out a few cars to take him out tomorrow but its not worked out...
So I have said that I would post on here to ask if people are willing to take his boy out for a few laps in any of there cars???
Jim is hoping his boy will be much better by friday maybe even out of hospital as hes still recovering and on pain killers... This would make his day and mean the world to Jim really lift his spirts...
