    Choke sizes 2.3 pinto

Does anyone have experience with choke sizes on a 2.3/2.4 pinto running 48's or 50's?
I've seen some 2.4's with 50's giving lots of top end power without too much loss of torque but i don't know what choke size they run.
Mine has 48's with 40 chokes and i would like to know if 42 is too large before i buy them...

If it's a proper race engine (big cam) then go ahead buy the 42mm chokes.
Use 5.0 aux venturis, F3 or F4 emulsion tubes and always fit rampipes.

it's a full spec tarmac rally engine with HT1evo cam
i just wanted to be sure i can get away with 42's without sacrificing the midrange
jetting will happen on the dyno afterwards
