52" Std Atlas with 13x9 and Tarmac arches???

Hi All members... I'm building a mk2 escort on tarmac arches and a 52" large std atlas axle. Yesterday I've borrowed a pair of minilite 9x13 and 8x13 both ET-12 and none of them fits the arches, they come out to much. Anyone with similar problem? How to solve this? Other wheel/brand with ET0, boreham arches??? HELP PLEASE!

    Hello,
are the arches fitted above or below the swage (spelling?) line?
    How wide are they?
If you look at the minilite website there is a photo of a white mk2, that has tarmac arches and 8/9 inch rims with a std axle.

Arches seem the same and if the atlas is 52" don't quite understand. Would like to see the difference between ET0 and ET-12... anyone as a picture??

An ET-12 wheel sticks 12 mm further out than a ET0 wheel.

I think with ET-0 and your setup you'll be fine with clearance on your wheel arches. Some make of wheels change the ET with a thick boss on the inner face of the wheel. If your ET12 wheels are like that then you could get someone with a large lathe to machine 10 to 12mm from it.

I have Gartrac Monte Carlo's on my car; they are about 1 inch wider than Gartrac Tarmac arches.
