    EPAS pedal box clearance

For those with the corsa EPAs conversion, what additional clearance to the Column might there be that may help me with my clutch foot rubbing on the standard Mk1 escort spear steering column ? pedal box isn't finally located yet

    competition car?

if so i would start with the seat, get it as far back as possible, then position the pedals to suit, good for weight distribution and you may find your problem gone!

    Thanks Graham,
    yes competition car.
Im under the main hoop behind the door shut seat almost rubbing against the 4 link boxes.
I am tall, and have reasonable sized feet.
pedals clear the cage and steering column but my clutch foot doesnt. How much clutch movement should I expect with a tilton concentric slave on a T5? that may help too
    Cheers

gotha on the seat, i know what you mean about feet, i am not tall, but my size 11's make driving kits cars, caterhams and most things with a pedal box impossible unless wearing my racing boots!

i have gained clearance by removing the outer part of the steering column, either the whole thing, and save some weight, or just cut it away where your short on clearance
